Moldovan President Maia Sandu was forced to interrupt her response during a live interview when tremors were felt in the studio.

This was reported by the TV channel Moldova 1 , to which Sandu gave an interview, "European Truth" writes.

During Sandu's answer to the presenter's question, the studio begins to shake. The President of Moldova reacts with shock and falls silent with a smile on his face.

At the same time, the presenter commented on the tremors in the studio with the words "Wow! Wow you! We have something interesting going on. We have the live premiere of the earthquake."

Earlier it became known that an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 was recorded in the east of Romania – the strongest since the beginning of the year.

Aftershocks were felt by residents of neighboring Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine.

We will remind you that this is not the first such case: in 2020, a video interview with the then Prime Minister of Iceland Katrin Jakobsdóttir for an American publication was interrupted by a 5-magnitude earthquake.
