The conflict has sparked a widespread outbreak of suffering and psychological distress, affecting both military personnel and civilians. Recent statistics from the health department indicated that over half of the Ukrainian population was susceptible to developing PTSD. However, even though cannabis has been legalized for limited personal consumption, it remains inaccessible for scientific studies, despite proven benefits.
